Our returns policy, in a nutshell:
You can return anything for any reason, even if you just didn’t like it, except if it’s been worn or used
You can return it for up to 14 days after it was purchased
You will get an immediate replacement (if in stock) or full refund
Returns that we suspect have been used or worn will not be honored.

At Electric Distro you can return any item, for any reason, for a period of 14 days after you bought it.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t like the size or color of your new lingerie when it arrives, or whether you just didn’t get on with it like you thought you would.
If you don’t like it, just return it to us using our return address.
At Electric Distro, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. It really is that simple!

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy.

1. 1. Send us an email or contact us. After you submit your return inquiry, we will give you our returns address and an RA#.
2. 2. Package up your return securely. 
Include the original packaging – order number helps us to improve our service.
3. 3. Post the item to us: Items don’t need to be returned to us by registered post, but please do obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.

Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned items. If you are paying for Special Delivery or a tracked service to return your item(s), please note this will not be reimbursed.

Returning items from outside the USA?

You can still return any purchase to us, for any reason, for up to 14 days after you bought it as long as it is unworn and unused.

We want our international customers to be just as confident ordering from Electric Distro, so if you don’t like your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can still return it to us within a 14 day period.

Our returns policy and your rights

The World Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

At Electric Distro, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund. Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation – normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
