Electric Distro uses UPS courier services.

Delivery costs are being calculated in real time during the checkout process, and you will be prompted to choose your preferred delivery option.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed from Friday 2pm until Sunday night, are dispatched on the following Monday.

Tracked Delivery

We offer a First Class tracking service by UPS. With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been dispatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of dispatch via UPS.com

What if you’re out when your order arrives?

If you’re out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

What if your order doesn’t arrive when expected?

If your UPS delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
